Maddie Millington-Drake graduated from the Institute of Environmental Change at the University of Oxford, where she obtained an MSc Environmental Change and Management with distinction.

Before joining ACDG she led research for a voluntary carbon company based in London, focusing on REDD+ carbon projects, blue carbon and technical carbon capture and storage, as well as its B Corp Certification process.
